Our organic breakfast buffet features many delightful surprises. Because we love our home country, we prefer to serve regional produce from the Waldecker Land area. We buy from local businesses, such as the Lebenshilfe Waldeck or the nearby Kellerwaldhof, a farm producing organic cheese specialties in its own dairy.
